§ 529A. Information Services Officer.

The Office of Information Services shall be administered by the Information Services Officer who shall be appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer on the basis of knowledge and experience in data processing and administration. The Information Services Officer shall be directly responsible to the Chief Administrative Officer.
