§ 11-14-104. Plan review; fees.

(a) Requirement. The Health Department shall conduct plan reviews for public and semi-public swimming pools and spas as required by applicable State law and regulation.
(b) Fees. The fees for plan review are $500 for a public or semi-public pool and $750 for a public or semi-public pool with a spa.
