§ 11-2-209. Instant bingo and progressive bingo by commercial bingo licensees.

(a) Instant bingo. A commercial bingo licensee may offer instant bingo as part of its commercial bingo games, but only during a session at which regular games are offered.
(b) Progressive bingo. A commercial bingo licensee may offer a progressive bingo game. A progressive bingo game shall be played to a conclusion and a consolation prize shall be awarded if the advertised prize is not awarded.
