§ 11-2-710. Reporting.

Within 60 days after the expiration of a Class S or Class T license, each licensee shall submit a report under oath to the Director that includes an accounting of all funds received and a listing of the names, addresses, ages, and date of membership of all individuals who managed or operated any gaming device or game at the event. The report shall include a statement that each individual operating a gaming device during the event obtained membership in the eligible organization in accordance with the organization's charter and bylaws and has been a member of the eligible organization for 12 months prior to the event.
