§ 11-4-505. Insurance.

A person other than a journeyman mechanic who is licensed under this subtitle may not undertake to do any work within the County unless the person carries general liability insurance in the amount of $300,000 and property damage insurance in the amount of $100,000. Inactive license holders are exempt from this requirement.
