§ 12-1-105. Emergency management.

The Fire Department is responsible for emergency management in accordance with the Public Safety Article, Title 14, of the State Code. The Fire Department shall include such positions and programs for emergency management as may be recommended from time to time by the Maryland Emergency Management Agency to meet federal and State standards, subject to the County budget.
