§ 12-4-911. Reporting of sale or disposition of animals.

The holder of a commercial kennel license shall notify the Agency in writing of the names and addresses of persons who buy or otherwise receive dogs from the kennels within two weeks of the sale or disposition. The holder of a pet shop license shall notify the Agency in writing of the names and addresses of persons who buy or otherwise receive dogs within two weeks of the sale or disposition.
