§ 13-3-103. Compliance with other law and regulations.

All excavations, construction, maintenance, and other work in a right-of-way, including work by the County in its capacity as a utility, shall be performed in accordance with all applicable law, regulations, the Design Manual, and the County's Standard Specifications and Details for Construction.
