§ 13-5-304. Service access connection.

The Department shall provide for each property abutting on a road or right-of-way in which a water main or wastewater main is laid a water or wastewater service access connection. The access connection shall be constructed by and at the sole expense of the Department. The owner of the property to be connected shall pay to the County all required charges before connection to the system.
