§ 16-4-103. County Procedures Manual.

(a) Preparation. The Director shall prepare and regularly update the County Procedures Manual in furtherance of the provisions of this title.
(b) Written interpretations. The Director may issue written interpretations to clarify the requirements of the County Procedures Manual.
