§ 3-11-102. Sovereign or governmental immunity.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the establishment and maintenance of the Self- Insurance Fund and an excess of other insurance do not constitute a waiver of sovereign or governmental immunity, and those immunities shall be invoked against the claims to which they apply.
