§ 3-11-109. Legal counsel.

(a) Generally. The County Attorney shall provide legal counsel, advice, and representation to all persons whose liability is secured under this title, including the Board of Education of Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel Community College.
(b) Fees for legal counsel. All fees for legal counsel appointed by the County Attorney shall be paid from the Self-Insurance Fund.
