§ 3-11-111. Termination of fund.

If the County Executive determines that the Self-Insurance Fund is no longer feasible or desirable as a method of maintaining insurance coverage, the County Council by ordinance shall provide for the termination of the Fund and the disposition of all reserves and assets remaining in the Fund.
