§ 3-12A-103. Term of members.

(a) Generally. A member serves until the County Executive's term ends.
(b) Expiration. A member whose term has expired holds over until a successor is appointed.
(c) Vacancies. The County Executive shall fill a vacancy for the remainder of an unexpired term of a member.
