§ 4-11-112. Proceeds of additional marriage license fee.

The Controller shall deposit the proceeds of the additional marriage license fee collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County under § 2-3-105 into the general fund and the proceeds shall be used to promote or fund domestic violence programs in accordance with the annual budget.
