(a) Generally. The investment committee consists of the following five members:
(1) the Chief Administrative Officer, ex officio;
(2) the Budget Officer, ex officio; and
(3) three members of the Board, appointed by resolution of the Board, one of whom is a Trustee under § 5-2-105(a)(7) and one of whom is a Trustee under § 5-2-105(a)(6).
(b) Chair. The Budget Officer is the Chair of the investment committee.
