§ 6-2-104. Court and State's Attorney employees' pay and benefit plan.

- (a) Applicability. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, an employee shall be hired at the minimum pay of the grade. On finding and certifying in writing that extraordinary circumstances exist, the appointing authority may hire the employee at a pay within the grade if there are sufficient appropriations available.(d) Employment benefits.
