§ 6-5-102. Established.

(a) Trust established. There is a Retiree Health Benefits Trust established pursuant to § 815 of the Charter.
(b) Agreements. The County may enter into agreements with other political subdivisions of the State to pool assets in the Trust for purposes of investment.
