§ 11-2-705. Term; renewal.

(a) Term. A Class S license may not be issued for a period of more than one year. All licenses shall expire on April 30 following the date of issue.
(b) Renewal. A Class S or T license may not be renewed. A new application shall be submitted for each new license.
