§ 11-2-706. Class S license.

A Class S license authorizes the licensee to operate bingo games in its regular place of meeting and not more than five paddle wheels, wheels of fortune, or big-six wheels. Devices or games operated under a Class S license shall be owned by the licensee and the proceeds from the operation of the devices or games shall be applied to the purposes for which the license was granted.
