§ 12-4-710. Pet care business license.

In addition to the requirements of § 12-4-702, an individual operating a pet care business as a home occupation under § 18-10-128 of this Code shall obtain a pet care license. The application for a pet care license shall state the name and home address of the individual operating the pet care business and the maximum number of dogs or cats to be maintained.
